STATUS: VIGODA. A big stompin' welcome to everybody coming from our interview over at GameTunnel. And, look, we've got a Wikipedia entry now (thanks to Macaw45). We're too legit, too legit to quit...hey hey! Yeah, I suddenly got all nostalgic for the pair of shiny black Hammer pants I used to have. Thankfully there is no photographic evidence.

We put another gameplay video up on YouTube -- here's the 52-Foot Woman taking a stroll through New York's Central Park Zoo (notice the lions, tigers, llamas, and, uh, cows). The red hearts you see are her Charm power taking effect, which makes most guys (and a percentage of the female population as well - our monsters aren't heterosexist) fall in love with her, follow her around, and refuse to attack her.

Also, one of you fine folks asked about zombies. Yes, we have zombies (they are indicated by a floating green "z" over their heads). As seen in the video below, Harry's main attack is a zombification field, which turns any humans in its path into the living dead. These zombies will then attack and zombify other humans - however, a certain percentage of humans are naturally immune to zombification, and will just die.

STATUS: VIGODA. Long time no update, sorry - we've been working on other things. And by other things, I mean, things that, uh, pay money. All we get from TCFH right now is love. And by love I mean tons of email asking HAY R U DEAD OR WHAT??11!! If that's not love, what is? Anyway, we are alive. We took a break to go to San Diego Comic-Con, had a great time and met some fantastic monster-drawin' artists like Francesco Francavilla and Dave DeVries.Gamewise, we finally got the Giant Plant looking and working right, and it does stuff like shoot explosive seeds and emit toxic pollen clouds. Puddles of oil, water, and other icky stuff are now working. And digging has finally been implemented, so the Giant Ant can do his thing, you dig? There are a few new screenshots up of that.

I've put some gameplay movie clips up on our YouTube page. The quality is, well, YouTube quality (all fuzzy and really jumpy, like Robin Williams), but at least you can get an idea of what the game looks like in motion:

I know a lot of you are annoyed that this project is taking so long. Believe me, we're more annoyed than you can possibly imagine. "What about your Window Of Opportunity?" you ask. Yes, said Window has probably been shut, barred and drywalled over by now. But don't despair! We will go around the front and knock politely on the Door of Opportunity, and if that doesn't work, we will send our cat through the Cat Door of Opportunity after instructing her to swat the key out of the lock on the other side. I will then slide a sheet of paper under the door and retrieve the key when it falls onto the paper. Shazam! We're in Opportunity's living room.

I know this will work because I've read a lot of mystery novels.

But if it doesn't, we will use pieces of Scotch tape and the aforementioned cat's shed fur to craft false mustaches, and, wearing these as a disguise, we will sneak past the stern Butler of Opportunity.

I know this will work because I've played a lot of adventure games.

If that doesn't work, well, we'll just have to make a new Window Of Opportunity ourselves. We have a Sawzall and a crowbar, and we know how to use them.

I love robot frogs
